Hi! My name is Sophia Magallanes - I'm a Peruvian senior story artist with +8 years of experience. Even though I studied Audiovisual Communications at university (UPC, Peru), I always knew animation was the way! But any time I have the chance I love bringing my filmmaking background into my boards.

Some of my recent roles include boarding for "Grimsburg S2 and 3" at Bento Box, "Batman: Caped Crusader - S1 and 2" and "DC's Creature Commandos" at Warner Bros. Animation,  "Star Wars Visions Vol. 2" for Disney+, as well as for shows like Helluva Boss.

As a side quest I'm also really into the academic side of the craft, so I've been working on my Master's Degree in Advanced Cinema Studies (UNIR, Spain).

Fun fact: If I'm not drawing or playing with my dog and cats, you can find me rock climbing somewhere!
